Clubhouse
Set amidst a green belt 3 miles to the east of Manchester City Centre is Fairfield Golf Club, one of the region’s oldest golf clubs, founded in 1892. The south facing Clubhouse adjacent to the Gorton Upper Reservoir has superb views over the golf course and the surrounding district and the Pennines beyond. Opened in 2015 it provides a peaceful setting for our golfers, local community, social members and visitors alike, to enjoy excellent facilities before and after golf.
1892 Suite
Our friendly and professional Bar & Catering lead by our House Manager Maria ensures that members and visitors alike receive a warm welcome. An extensive range of drinks are available, from local cask ales and lagers to a wide selection of wines and spirits to suit all tastes.
Our first floor Function Room and Bar can cater for up to 120 guests for a stand-up buffet or 100 guests for a sit-down meal, with our 1892 Suite a stunning venue for any celebration or event. The Suite is serviced by a lift and disabled facilities to ensure comfort and accessibility for all.
Our large balcony and terrace overlooking the1st and 18th holes is the perfect place to relax in the summer and reminisce on the golf played that day.

The 19th Hole
Is there anything better than heading to the 19th hole following a fantastic round of golf? Perhaps you are celebrating a career-best round or simply looking forward to an entertaining game with friends and family. Our 19th is the perfect spot to relax and indulge in delicious snacks and meals and a few of your favourite drinks.
The 19th Hole gets as much of our time as the golfing. Open to members and visitors alike, the outdoor patio area enjoys the view across the course with the putting green in the foreground. Indoors, the bar has two large screen TVs to show live sports events and is a place of much rivalry and banter between good friends who support different teams.
Dining and bar facilities are available all year round; operating hours may vary with the season.
You will always find a warm and friendly welcome plus a great place to relax in the 1892 Suite or the cosy 19th Bar. In both you can enjoy quality beers, wines and spirits from around the world.
